How much is the shipping cost?

In addition to the product price, the shipping fee will be charged separately for each region as follows.

Hokkaido - ¥850

Tohoku (Aomori / Iwate / Akita / Miyagi / Yamagata / Fukushima)-¥ 600

How do I cancel?

Easy! Simply log into your account to make changes to your plan. You can easily make changes to your information and cancel your subscription.

In order to NOT be rebilled, you must cancel your subscription before you are re-billed, which happens on the 20th of the month.
If you cancel your subscription after you have been re-billed on the 20th, we do not issue refunds and you will still receive your Pack for the coming month. For the following month after, you will not be billed and will not receive anymore Packs. For example, if you cancel on September 21, you cannot be refunded and will still receive October’s Pack. However, you will not be billed on October 20 and will not receive a Pack starting from November.

When will I be billed?

Your first payment will be billed on the day that you sign up. After this, your next payment will automatically be billed on the 20th day of the month before you receive your next Pack.

If you sign up on May 25 (after the cut off date) you will be billed on this day for July’s Pack. You will not be charged again until the 20th of July (for August’s Pack).

When will I receive my Pack?

If you subscribe before the 15th of the month, you will receive that month's Pack. If you subscribe after the 15th, you will receive the following month's Pack. Shipping begins the first business day of each month.
